Listing and selling residential, commercial, waterfront, multi-family units, and land. One of the most important jobs in listing a house for sale is determining its market value. I always complete a Competitive Market Analysis for my clients, to help them determine how fast the property will sell and for what price. As a buyer representative, I devote my time to listening to my client's needs and to researching and showing properties that will meet those needs. I live and work in the Greater Bangor area, covering a 40-60 mile radius.
